Job Description

A reputable Information Technology company focused on Enterprise Application Solution, Hardware, Consulting, Outsourcing and Value Added Solution seeks to employ qualified professionals for this position:

Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for New Business Development via prospecting, qualifying, selling and closing (software solutions, services and products).
  • Manage client relationship through all phases of the sales cycle.
  • Provide a consultative solutions sales process to prospects.
  • Conducts one-on-one and group sales presentations.
  • Provide account management to an existing territory.
  • Responsible for tracking customer information, forecasts and reports.
  • Research new market opportunities based on strategic marketing data.
  • Develops specific plans to ensure revenue growth.
  • Projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new businesses; analyzing trends and results; establishing pricing strategies; monitoring costs, competition, supply, and demand.
  • Provides quarterly results assessments of sales staff's productivity.
  • Coordinates proper company resources to ensure efficient and stable sales results

Qualifications and Requirements:
  • 5-10 years of experience in sales management / Business Development.
  • Candidate MUST have work experience in the IT/Telco industry.
  • Experience in selling IT Solutions and Services to both Nigerian and other western Africa countries is required
  • A positive attitude, good negotiation skills and persuasive skills
  • Proven track record in managing and directing a highly skilled, motivated, successful and results-oriented sales force.
  • Extensive experience in all aspects of Client Relationship Management.
  • Strong leadership qualities with good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
  • Willingness to travel and work in a global team of professionals.
  • Proven leadership and ability to drive sales and meet target.
  • Able to operate in a fast-paced and changing market environment.
  • Must reside in Lagos.
