Solution seeks to employ qualified professionals for this position:
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for New Business Development via prospecting, qualifying, selling and closing (software solutions, services and products).
- Manage client relationship through all phases of the sales cycle.
- Provide a consultative solutions sales process to prospects.
- Conducts one-on-one and group sales presentations.
- Provide account management to an existing territory.
- Responsible for tracking customer information, forecasts and reports.
- Research new market opportunities based on strategic marketing data.
- Develops specific plans to ensure revenue growth.
- Projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new businesses; analyzing trends and results; establishing pricing strategies; monitoring costs, competition, supply, and demand.
- Provides quarterly results assessments of sales staff's productivity.
- Coordinates proper company resources to ensure efficient and stable sales results
Qualifications and Requirements:
- 5-10 years of experience in sales management / Business Development.
- Candidate MUST have work experience in the IT/Telco industry.
- Experience in selling IT Solutions and Services to both Nigerian and other western Africa countries is required
- A positive attitude, good negotiation skills and persuasive skills
- Proven track record in managing and directing a highly skilled, motivated, successful and results-oriented sales force.
- Extensive experience in all aspects of Client Relationship Management.
- Strong leadership qualities with good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
- Willingness to travel and work in a global team of professionals.
- Proven leadership and ability to drive sales and meet target.
- Able to operate in a fast-paced and changing market environment.
- Must reside in Lagos.
