The Human Resources (HR) unit is mandated to focus on strategic issues such as capacity development, career resposition and monitoring of workers, The HR unit handles employments, selections of staff,staff career development and managements performance.
The unit is in charge of staff training ,job functioning and development,this unit is in support with other UN agencies like UNFPA, UNODC,UNITAR, UNEP, UNIDO, UNOV, UNIC, UNCTAD and UN HABITAT in managing their HR issues.
